Hand carved and painted red cedar Kwakiutl Sun mask by Tim Alfred (Kwakiutl).   Mask is adorned with cedar bark rope and 32 pieces of rich abalone.  This piece measures 33″ x 31″ including the rays and is 7″ deep.
