Heritage — Interior Salish
Andrew (Enpaauk) was born in Kamloops, British Columbia in 1982 and is from the Nlakapamux Nation.
He is known for his prints and original paintings, which are inspired by graffiti art and Salish design. He enjoys using bold, unconventional colors and abstract elements in his compositions. In 2009, Andrew had his first solo show, at Vancouver's Grunt Gallery. He also had a showing of new works at Lattimer Gallery in Vancouver. Again in 2009, he painted a 7 1/2-foot fiberglass sculpture for Vancouver's public art project titled 'Eagles in the City'.
